NMCEL 2021 Annual Summer Conference Registration

  • Early Registration (received by July 1, 2021) Members $250 Non-Members $375
  • 10% discount for groups of 5 or more (members only)
  • Late Registration (received after July 1, 2021, including walk-ins) add $75 to appropriate fee above.
  • $75 Fee will be charged for cancellations received after July 1, 2021. Cancellations must be received in writing or email.
  • No-shows will be billed for full amount of registration fee.
  • Contact your superintendent’s office or the NMCEL office to check for membership status if you are not sure.

VENDOR / EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

If you are a VENDOR please fill out the following information

Vendor Registration Includes one six-foot draped table and two chairs, $100 fee for additional registrants above two.

NOTE, Add $100 fee for each registrant above two.


Table locations are on a first come first serve bases, if you have a list of preferred table locations please let us know here with your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices. PRESENTER INFORMATION

If you are a PRESENTER please fill out the following information

Price Does NOT include projector or laptop. Presenters will NEED to provide their own equipment. A screen and projection cart will be available in each presentation room.

(If No, please ensure you’ve made accommodations with the hotel) Embassy Suites can provide equipment for a fee.

Upon approval of presentation, you will receive information with your presentation date and time block including an invoice for $300 presentation fee.
