HAFC Recommendation Table for HB2 et al.

Bilingual and Multi-cultural units appropriated at 0.6 (Line 6)

School Age Limit Set at 22 (Affects Adult Ed Programs and reduces appropriation by the loss of those units – Line 7)
Subtracts   $6,129,000

Elimination of small school units for charters in districts larger than 2,000 (three year average) (Line 8)
Subtracts   $14,773,100

New rural Population Units (0.15 factor)(Line 9)                                                                                                                                                                 Adds    $8,674,000

Extended Learning Time (+10 days) and 80 PD Hours(Line 10)
Adds    $62,497.500

I am asking you to take this knowledge (and the earlier district by district list from SB 1) and run a simulation cost analysis to determine if there are any issues you see. Please provide me with any input regarding potential budget issues.
